Can I work remote?
EisnerAmper uses a hybrid schedule, with most employees working remotely 2–3 days per week. Some roles are fully remote. Check the job description or ask your recruiter for specifics.
Does EisnerAmper offer tuition reimbursement?
Yes. Full-time client service staff can be reimbursed up to $10,000 per year for eligible graduate-level programs. Educational assistance applies to courses related to your current role or growth potential. Eligibility and repayment terms apply.
What kind of career development support is available?
EisnerAmper University (EAU) offers technical, leadership, and professional skills training. Employees also have access to CPE programs, LinkedIn Learning, Becker, LumiQ, plus mentoring and development programs through Talent Management.
Can I transfer to another office or team?
Yes. Transfers are possible based on performance and business needs. EisnerAmper supports career mobility and internal growth across offices and service lines.
How does EisnerAmper support the CPA exam or certifications?
We provide CPA exam prep support, a CPA exam bonus, and ongoing CPE credit resources. Employees have access to Becker licenses and firm-sponsored guidance to help meet licensure requirements.
