AEN

Mission: To empower Asian and support Asian talent as we strive to strengthen and maintain a culture of belonging​ at EisnerAmper by establishing and promoting an environment of inclusiveness for Asian employees.

Vision: To empower and support Asian talent as we strive to strengthen and maintain a culture of achievement and belonging.

BEN

Mission: To provide a forum and opportunities for Black employees, and other colleagues who support BEN’s objectives, to meet with other EisnerAmper professionals from local offices, collaborate and share information that embraces and affirms the organization’s commitment to its people, clients, and a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Vision: To provide a new light into the public accounting profession by valuing our peop​le, encouraging their development and rewarding their performance.​

Launch transparent

Mission: To foster the continued evolution of colleagues with less than five years in the workplace towards the mutual and collaborative success of our people, clients, and community. 

Vision: ​​​​​EisnerAmper Launch provides educational and developmental resources and support through events, communications, community engagement, and networking. EisnerAmper Launch offers opportunities to engage, connect and develop all colleagues. 

Fam Circle

Mission: The mission of Family Circle is to develop a network within EisnerAmper’s community that supports the integration of family and work. By optimizing the effectiveness of this integration, we can help our employees bring the best of who they are to work and their family.

Vision: To connect, educate, and encourage EisnerAmper’s community as we progress through the different life cycles by providing a group that suppo​rts EisnerAmper’s commitment to employee wellness while promoting networks and resources for those integrating family and work responsibilities.

India Connects

Mission: Develop a network within EisnerAmper’s community to promote the cultural diversity and professional development of its members, thereby creating a supportive environment for our India offices. We aim to contribute to the success and growth of EisnerAmper's overall mission by creating a unified, inclusive environment for all our India colleagues.

Vision: To connect, develop and build relationships across the Firm. We aim to create and promote cultural awareness, build personal and professional connections across all offices and showcase its members’ talent.

LEN

Mission: Develop a network within the EisnerAmper Hispanic and Latinx community to promote the cultural diversity and professional development of its members, and thereby creating a supportive environment for the Hispanic and Latinx community and contributing to the success of EisnerAmper mission.

Vision: To empower and support Latin talent as we strive to strengthen and maintain a culture of belonging at EisnerAmper by establishing and promoting an environment of inclusiveness for Hispanic and Latinx colleagues.

LGBTQIA

Mission: LGBTQIA+ is designed to create a vibrant and inclusive community for our members. We work collaboratively with other ERGs and the organization to ensure there is a brave space to come together, share our stories and celebrate our Pride. We will be a force for education, equity, mentorship, business development and intersectionality.  We are developing a network within EisnerAmper’s stakeholder community that is a supportive environment for the LGBTQIA+ community that contributes to the success of EisnerAmper’s mission.

Vision: To provide a place to promote visibility and belonging that address the issues that impact our community today in work and in life. 

 

Veterans

Mission: To increase the opportunities for veterans within and outside of the Firm by focusing on hiring and advancing the careers of veterans.

Vision: The Veterans Employee Network aspires to bring awareness and engagement to the Firm involving veterans and the communities that support veterans.

WEA

Mission: To provide an environment for women working at EisnerAmper to fulfill their career objectives, create a sense of belonging to the community and to help achieve their professional and personal goals.

Vision: The Women of EisnerAmper leverages the expertise of the firm's leadership and resources in an effort to inspire our female staff to both broaden their professional goals and fulfill individual life aspirations. 

Women of EisnerAmper offers coaching and mentoring opportunities on areas of interest such as building successful business relationships and work/life balance. In addition to the talent within the firm, Women of EisnerAmper draws on the expertise of some of the most successful women leaders working in business today through panel discussions, roundtables, and networking-event partnerships.
