Audit Solution Deputy Manager – Delivery Centre Role

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join the Audit Solution practice in our Hyderabad office. We
are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional
services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager
 Manage, build and grow an inclusive team of high-performing team focused on Audit
Teams empathy, continuous learning & experimentation and iterative delivery of value
 Drive process vision and strategy, by developing a deep understanding of Audit Team
needs, market and technology trends, and business opportunities

 Support Audit segment and ongoing innovation efforts with Audit Teams, and other forms
of Audit teams’ engagement activities.
 Oversee the Audit Solution team to ensure deliverables are to the required time and
quality and are within budget
 Ensure that the firms’ quality control procedures are adhered to as required.
 Work extensively with proprietary audit solution systems and processes - including
support to process improvement and change management.
 Report monthly to stakeholders across the business on the Audit Solution Services’ Key
Performance Indicators.
 Deal with internal queries with colleagues and teams across the US.
 Engage with senior audit stakeholders in promoting and driving further adoption of service
take-up as well as compiling forecast information from across the business in order to
allocate resources accordingly.
Additional Responsibilities of a Manager
 Define the Process Discovery and Delivery roadmaps. Enable teams to execute in parallel
on both Learning Plans and agile delivery of value
 Owns the product creation and delivery process that delivers delightful stakeholder’s
experiences that drive business impact from concept to design, delivery, experimentation,
support, and launch for the Audit Teams.
 Manage recruitment of additional or replacement Audit Support team members.
 Support on-boarding of new service lines and other projects.
 Provide supervisory support to managerial colleagues as may be required.
 Develops and leads a best-in-class process management team in successful execution of
the strategic roadmap
 Sets long term product strategy and roadmap that is rooted in a deep understanding of
Audit Team’s needs; ensuring that priorities align with the overall EA business strategy
 Be the product visionary that articulates the problem, opportunity, and solution to Audit
Teams, cross-functional product-build teams, and internal stakeholders
 Value articulation for new products and enhancements in collaboration with Audit Teams
Basic Qualifications:
 Chartered Account with minimum 4-6+ years of Post qualification experience in External
Audit Domain or

 The successful candidate will have 4 - 5+ years of Process management experience in a
Statutory Audit / Consulting, including building and leading a best-in-class process
management team through transformation.
 Experience previously working at Big 4 firm or Multination firm
 Experience of performing or managing audit work is highly desirable.
 Sector experience in Professional Services
 Strong presentational and influencing skills
 Credible and confident to interact with stakeholders at senior level. Provide appropriate
challenge when required.
 Clear and concise communicator who can excite and motivate teams internally and drive
alignment, trust, influence and buy-in with a wide range of internal and external audience.
 Seasoned people leader who can recruit, coach and retain top talent
 Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills. Be able to lead by
example and influence optimal performance of team.
 Ability to use own initiative and take a flexible approach.
 Experience driving innovation and applying lean startup principles in the enterprise is a
plus
 Has a learning mindset, curious, bold, self-aware and humble
 Skilled at ensuring process teams have complete, high-quality requirements, including
business, functional, and technical voices, and effective, iterative testing cycles to support
high-quality process delivery

About Audit Solution Team
The Manager – Audit Solution is responsible for leading, empowering and coaching a diverse
and distributed team to reimagine the future of our end-to-end audit and Firm wide Audit
Solution Functions (confirmations, SOC reviews, JET, Global Gateway Tasks Etc.) helping audit
teams to save time, increase accuracy and security, and provide a better experience for their
clients.

This person will partner with Audit Teams, Transformation Teams, and other service leaders, to
define and deliver user-friendly, innovative solutions that improve the lives of our customers while
driving profitable growth for the business, including opportunities for expansion into new markets
and customer segments.
