EisnerAmper is looking for an IT Service Administrative Coordinator to join our team located in Iselin, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who possesses exceptional organizational skills, thrives in a dynamic work setting, and demonstrates strong follow-up skills.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
-
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
-
Monitor and manage the ticket system, collaborating with the technical team to ensure timely client response times.

Dispatch and manage appointment scheduling and follow up with clients and/or IT vendors.

Work with the billing team to track and document client agreements and licenses.
-
Assist the internal sales support team as needed.

Collaborate with the accounts payable team to provide a breakdown of clients.
-
Follow-up on vendor quotes and back-ordered items with the purchasing team.
Basic Qualifications:
-
2+ years of proven customer service experience
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 2 days in office attendance required
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and other computer applications).

Experience with MSP (Managed Service Provider) is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrates willingness to assist others.
