EisnerAmper is seeking a Support Specialist who will add executive support and client service support to our Private Client Services team. This role will be in the office at least three days per week.
This experienced individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client service. This position will require the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, service mindset, technology capabilities, and multitasking abilities

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
-
Provide exceptional service to the firm’s clients and colleagues
-
Build relationships with clients as a key stakeholder to enhance the client experience
-
Manage client project and tax return deliverable deadlines
-
Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and focus of the partner(s), which could incorporate software or internal systems
-
Establish collaborative and friendly relationships with the entire client service team and other Support Specialists locally and globally
-
Follow up and provide reminders on project deadlines, and deliverables

Exhibiting a high level of professional judgment, curiosity and resilience

Assist in ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
-
Professional administrative experience
-
Experience working in a professional services organization
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
5+ years of professional administrative experience
-
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Suite

Strong interpersonal skills
