Prosperity- An EisnerAmper Company is seeking a Business Systems and Integration Manager who will be the strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing a scalable operating framework to support the firm's rapid growth through M&A activity and organic expansion. In this role you will be a change agent, blending expertise in team collaboration, process optimization, and technology implementation to create a cohesive system that enables Prosperity’s financial services division to deliver exceptional client service while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:

Analyze current operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop a comprehensive operating framework that aligns with the firm's strategic goals, encompassing people, processes, and technology.

Ensure the framework is designed for scalability, accommodating future growth and integration of new business units.

Interface and collaborate with the operations team, investment team, finance team, and firm leadership.

Connect all areas of the business into an effective system that leverages technology in an efficient and meaningful way.

Develop and implement dashboards that provide transparency and tracking for all areas of the business.

Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that support the operating framework and enhance productivity.

Lead the implementation of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
-
Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring optimal performance and support.
-
Play a key role in M&A activity, leading the integration of acquired businesses into the operating framework.

Ensure smooth transition of processes, systems, and personnel.
-
Create measurement and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
-
Track performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
-
Report regularly to senior management on operational performance
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
-
10+ years of progressive experience in systems integration within the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
-
5+ years of experience with using the following systems Redtail or (Salesforce or Wealthbox) and Orion or (BlackDiamond. Tamarac, Envestnet, Addepar) and Docusign, Morning Star and Sharefile
Preferred/ Desired Skills:

Familiarity with Custodians such as Schwab and Pershing

Familiarity with Planning systems such as eMoney and MoneyGuide Pro or something similar

Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable operating frameworks and leading successful integrations.

Exceptional leadership and change management skills.

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).

Strong project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong understanding of financial services technology and regulatory requirements.
