EisnerAmper is seeking a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Staff for the firm's New York City office. The Bankruptcy and Restructuring Staff is responsible for executing, restructuring and bankruptcy related engagements, including bankruptcy litigation matters, and addressing complicated issues under the direction of a BRS Partner or Director.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
-
Assisting with analyzing 13-week cash flow models.
-
Building customized integrated 3 statement financial models.
-
Performing ad-hoc financial analyses and sensitivity analyses.

Assisting with putting together monthly reporting requirements in bankruptcy situations.
-
Assisting with liquidation models and scenarios.
-
Assisting with the preparation of high-quality reports and presentations for clients.
-
Preparing analyses related to bankruptcy litigation issues such as preferences, fraudulent conveyances, solvency, and summarizing findings for counsel in report format with corresponding exhibits.

Performing detailed research using Debtwire, PACER, S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and other bankruptcy and restructuring related resources to identify prospects and prepare proposal materials.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Economics required.

1+ years of work experience required.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
-
Ability to read and understand basic financial statements, with a good analytical thinking ability and strong report writing skills.

Excellent analytical and research skills.
-
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Preferred Location:
New York
For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $78,000.00 and $90,000.00. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
