We are seeking an Workday Analyst to join the HR IT practice in our Mumbai office. We are seeking a Workday analyst to provide configuration support and data and integrity and management.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
-
Manage the data integrity within Workday
-
Perform data audits to ensure accuracy of data within Workday
-
Contribute and support the execution and configuration of various Workday modules
-
Utilize business and Workday knowledge to identify areas of system improvement opportunities which impact business outcomes and people
-
Plan, design and configure new Workday functionality and enhancements. Provide recommendations regarding new functionality.

Assist with Workday release management
-
Resolve service request, issues and escalated cases in relation to Workday
-
Assist in the development of Workday test plans
-
Review, analyze and create detailed documentation of business processes and system functionality, including workflows, program functions and steps required to execute transactions

Become an active member within Workday Community to learn about new features and take trainings

Develop user procedures, guidelines and training materials
We are looking for someone who has:
-
Proven experience in Workday data management
-
Business process configuration experience in various Workday modules such as Workday Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Workday Recruiting, Workday Talent and Performance
-
Strong understanding of system and data security, system to system integration, data transformation and data exchanges

Test scenario development
-
System testing, and business process development
-
Analytical and logical thinking to support problem solving
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands

Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and team with others

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of Workday configuration and data management experience required
