EisnerAmper is seeking an SAP Project & Engagement Management (OTC) Solution Lead within the Technology Department. This role will focus on Solution Transformation, Implementation & Support of NextGen ERP solutions for the office of the CTO. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-focused individual that can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This role is located in Iselin, NJ and we operate in a hybrid work environment.

You will be responsible for partnering with the business and the leadership team to drive EAG’s Project & Engagement Management (OTC) and transformation to SAP S/4 HANA. The ability to design effective solution in Project & Engagement Management (Order to Cash) space, execute efficiently and pivot along the way will be critical to achieving success in this role. Equally important will be the ability to motivate and influence without overt authority, while building relationships among the business units, IT leaders, and IT vendors to deliver projects and systems that meet EAG’s enterprise quality standards.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • SAP Engagement Management & Billing (OTC) Solution Lead will be responsible for building applications roadmap for Project Engagement & Billing (OTC) solution including revenue recognition.

  • Ensure successful delivery of Integrated S4HANA system solutions and other supporting applications.

  • Build, lead and manage a team, along with the associated processes to deliver on Project Engagement Management & billing initiatives across EAG S4HANA platform.

  • This Role is expected to provide the necessary leadership for the creation and design of the detailed Project Engagement Management & Billing (OTC) solution architecture and implementation.

  • Hands on experience with SAP Professional services solution in the areas of Project setup, billing and revenue recognition.

  • Work closely with business leadership to design and deliver best in class solution.

  • The position will work closely with the business and IT leadership teams serving as leader bringing forth opportunities to leverage the Project Engagement Management & Billing (OTC) solution capabilities to support the efficient running and growth of our organization.

  • Building and cultivating strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development, Security and Production Support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or engineering.

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in SAP Project Engagement Management & Billing (Order to Cash) application delivery

  • 1+ years’ experience in S4HANA public cloud implementation and delivery

  • Experience in professional services industry with focus on accounting industry experience.

  • Experience in SAP Public Cloud solution.

  • Have functional Architecture Design Analysis.

  • Experience in Business Knowledge and S4HANA Technical Solution Design

  • Proficient in Business Analysis.
