EisnerAmper is seeking a Director who possesses strong management/project management skills, an advanced understanding of business controls, business process and has superior IT technical knowledge.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
-
SOC 1, SOC 2, cyber security assessments, technology assessments (NIST, ISO, HIPAA, etc), IT/IS departmental assessments, information technology strategic plans

Consulting with clients to identify opportunities to improve their security and controls posture
-
Practice management responsibilities including supervision, training and coaching of staff, development of practice management tools, and analysis of department financials

Providing input to drive the growth and direction of the business, including influencing the strategy of the department
-
Driving business development, including directing the delivery of proposals for engagements that span a range of technical service areas
-
Creating engagement strategies and plans, maintaining and adhering to budgets, scheduling projects and utilizing staff for appropriate workloads
-
Possessing technical expertise and a strong reputation in technology within the local market
-
Possessing strong client service focus by understanding and anticipating client needs; be the client’s trusted business partner

Aptitude to grow and build a practice
Basic Qualifications:
-
BS/BA required, degree in accounting, MIS, business, or related function preferred
-
8+ years of IT assurance experience, 2+ years at the management level
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
-
CPA license
-
Additional certifications including CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CITP, etc
