Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist


EisnerAmper LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our growing Global Talent Acquisition Operations team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, TA Operations this position will provide general support to recruiting operations including reinforcement of global TA processes maintenance of key performance metrics dashboards, M&A related activities and recruiting social media.

What you'll be doing:

• Perform audits of filled Workday requisitions to confirm accurate candidate rejection coding for OFCCP compliance
• Pull summary data from recruiting platforms such as, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Glassdoor
• Incorporate social platform data into regular status reports via MS-Excel
• Execute updates to TA Operating Report as directed
• Assist with configuration of automated workflows in Beamery CRM (candidate pool creation, email campaigns, and reporting)
• Provide support to any TA related projects and initiatives, including M&A integration efforts as necessary

We're looking for someone who has:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience supporting or recruiting in an OFCCP compliant environment

Preferred Experience:

• Intermediate knowledge of OFCCP regulations and compliance as related to recruiting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Exposure to reviewing candidates, requisitions, and running reports in a cloud based ATS like Workday (preferred), SuccessFactors or Taleo
• Workday, Beamery, and Handshake experience is strongly desired
