We are seeking a Social Media Designer to join our growing Global Talent Acquisition Operations team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, TA Operations this position will support our social media and employer branding efforts via the development of content that will be distributed across all social platforms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruiting brand through captivating and innovative visual content.

What work you will be responsible for:

  • Design graphics for our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed, and Glassdoor on a regular basis.

  • Support the employer branding strategy via design with the Social Media Recruiting Specialist and Talent Acquisition leadership team.

  • Partner with corporate marketing to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

  • Conduct comprehensive design strategy research to analyze competitors' visual content, identify trends, and gather insights to inform our design approach. 

  • Develop, design, and regularly update Instagram templates that align with our brand identity and message to ensure a visually coherent and engaging feed. 

  • Conceptualize and create eye-catching images tailored to our various platforms such as Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake to enhance our outreach strategy. 

  • Collaborate closely with the campus recruiting team to craft compelling flyers, banners and one-pagers tailored for college recruiting events.

  • Develop captivating email marketing templates that cater to different outreach objectives.

  • Regularly design and update images for our various career website pages. 

  • Plug in updated company photos across our social media channels as necessary.

  • Proactively generate innovative design ideas and initiatives to strategically enhance our social media recruitment strategy.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in digital and graphic design or equivalent

  • 3+ years of print/digital/video design.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Able to implement established brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency

  • Competency in PowerPoint and SharePoint; Photoshop, Adobe Premier, InDesign preferred

  • Video editing

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships in a global team

  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and timelines

  • Organized and flexible

  • Collaborative self-starter with new, innovative ideas.
