EisnerAmper is seeking a Outsourced IT Technical Consultant to join Outsourced IT in our Mumbai office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.
Responsibilities:
-
Call handling, dispatch, and follow-up.
-
Remote IT helpdesk support.
-
Remote IT network support.
-
Project planning and development.
-
Documentation of systems and projects.
-
Learn, test, and bring on new solutions.
-
System monitoring of client networks and managed services.
-
Software deployments, patches, updates, and reporting.
-
Able to work on different schedules throughout the day.
The ideal candidate will possess the following at a minimum:
•A Good attitude looking to GROW and work as a team player.
•5+ Years of experience working in the IT Industry.
•A familiarity with Microsoft server operating systems 2008 R2, Server 2012 R2,Server 2016.
•Experience working with Office 365 Business tenants.
•A working knowledge of networking concepts (Security+, Network+, CCNA, or similar is a +).
•A working knowledge of Windows client operating systems (7, 8, 10).
•A working knowledge of Mac client operating systems (Mac OS X).
•ConnectWise Experience a PLUS.
•WatchGuard, Fortinet, SonicWALL, Sophos Firewall Experience a PLUS
•Scripting Experience a PLUS
•A familiarity with server virtualization technologies.
•Capable of adapting and learning new technologies quickly.
•A clean-cut appearance for virtual meetings.
•The ability to communicate technical ideas in simple terms.
