EisnerAmper is seeking a Director to join our National Tax practice. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment, while providing clients with exceptional services. This individual both receive on-site training and mentorship, along with opportunities for advancement and growth.
What you’ll be doing:

Responsible for Federal domestic tax due diligence work for clients

Review Federal income and payroll tax returns

Review financial statements, and books and records
-
Lead client relationships on day to day tax matters supporting partners with service execution

Research and consult on technical matters related to tax due diligence as well as M&A related tax work

Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service

Actively participate in business development efforts to include working collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with client prospects

Manage, train and develop staff. Participate in the performance review process
We’re looking for someone who has:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field

10 + years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
-
CPA
-
Experience working with partnership and S corporation clients

Strong proficiency in Excel
-
Familiarity with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint)

Master’s Degree in Tax or Accounting
-
Experience working with C corporation clients
-
Familiarity with International tax reporting
-
3 + years of supervisory experience

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $199,780.00 and $312,156.00. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
