EisnerAmper is seeking a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Associate for the firm's New York City office. As an Associate you will begin to utilize your educational background as well as your organizational skills as you serve the firm's dynamic client base. You will assist in problem solving and fact-finding, working side-by-side with more experienced team members who can provide you with direction, coaching and learning opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:
Assisting with analyzing 13-week cash flow models.
Building customized integrated 3 statement financial models.
Performing ad-hoc financial analyses and sensitivity analyses.
Assisting with liquidation models and scenarios.
Assisting with the preparation of high-quality reports and presentations for clients.
Preparing analyses related to bankruptcy litigation issues such as preferences, fraudulent conveyances, solvency, and summarizing findings for counsel in report format with corresponding exhibits.
Performing detailed research using Debtwire, PACER, S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and other bankruptcy and restructuring related resources to identify prospects and prepare proposal materials.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Economics required.
Two (2) or more years of work experience required.
Ability to read and understand basic financial statements, with a good analytical thinking ability and strong report writing skills.
Excellent analytical and research skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Previous experience supervising staff in the completion of work product.

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $55,360.00 and $99,648.00. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
