About Audit Solution Team
The Manager – Audit Solution is responsible for leading, empowering and coaching a diverse and distributed team to reimagine the future of our end-to-end audit and Firm wide Audit Solution Functions (confirmations, SOC reviews, JET, Global Gateway Tasks Etc.) helping audit teams to save time, increase accuracy and security, and provide a better experience for their clients.
This person will partner with Audit Teams, Transformation Teams, and other service leaders, to define and deliver user-friendly, innovative solutions that improve the lives of our customers while driving profitable growth for the business, including opportunities for expansion into new markets and customer segments.
Responsibilities

Manage, build and grow an inclusive team of high-performing team focused on Audit Teams empathy, continuous learning & experimentation and iterative delivery of value

Drive process vision and strategy, by developing a deep understanding of Audit Team needs, market and technology trends, and business opportunities

Define the Process Discovery and Delivery roadmaps. Enable teams to execute in parallel on both Learning Plans and agile delivery of value

Support Audit segment and ongoing innovation efforts with Audit Teams, and other forms of Audit teams’ engagement activities.

Owns the product creation and delivery process that delivers delightful stakeholder’s experiences that drive business impact from concept to design, delivery, experimentation, support, and launch for the Audit Teams.

Oversee the Audit Solution team to ensure deliverables are to the required time and quality and are within budget

Ensure that the firms’ quality control procedures are adhered to as required.

Engage with senior audit stakeholders in promoting and driving further adoption of service take-up as well as compiling forecast information from across the business in order to allocate resources accordingly.

Work extensively with proprietary audit solution systems and processes - including support to process improvement and change management.

Report monthly to stakeholders across the business on the Audit Solution Services’ Key Performance Indicators.

Deal with internal queries with colleagues and teams across the US.

Manage recruitment of additional or replacement Audit Support team members.

Support on-boarding of new service lines and other projects.

Provide supervisory support to managerial colleagues as may be required.

Develops and leads a best-in-class process management team in successful execution of the strategic roadmap

Sets long term product strategy and roadmap that is rooted in a deep understanding of Audit Team’s needs; ensuring that priorities align with the overall EA business strategy

Be the product visionary that articulates the problem, opportunity, and solution to Audit Teams, cross-functional product-build teams, and internal stakeholders

Value articulation for new products and enhancements in collaboration with Audit Teams
Basic qualifications for the opportunity

Chartered Account with minimum 6+ years of Post qualification experience in External Audit Domain or

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of Process management experience in a Statutory Audit / Consulting, including building and leading a best-in-class process management team through transformation.

Experience previously working at Big 4 firm or Multination firm

Experience of performing or managing audit work is highly desirable.
