EisnerAmper has made significant progress over the past year re-building and refreshing our commitment to a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion culture, yet we acknowledge much more work needs to be done. DEI must be embedded into everything we do: a mindset with which we operate, a capability we build, a performance metric we strive to attain, and a success factor we measure and reward.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will work closely with the firm’s leadership and colleagues to execute the firm-wide DEI vision.

The ideal candidate will have experience building effective multi-year DEI strategies, as well as strong program and project management skills focused on outcomes. • Partner with Service Line and Operations Leaders to integrate and align the firm’s DEI commitment to its overall business plans and operating principles.

  • Participate in conversations with firm leadership regarding colleague performance and utilization and work with partners to implement/track appropriate follow-up.

  • Collaborate with EisnerAmper University on DEI training curriculum and other professional development opportunities for partners and colleagues.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and Client Experience to make sure that we are meeting the needs of our diverse clients and prospective clients.

  • Deliver a DEI communications strategy that promotes awareness of issues that impact firm management, operations, and governance.

  • Serve as an advisor to the DEI Council and Work Stream Leaders by facilitating their programs and goals, including our ongoing support of the communities in which we serve.

  • Experience in client-facing roles to engage, listen, educate, and respond with priority actions in partnership with key stakeholders across various functions and levels.

  • Exceptional writing and public speaking skills.
